Doing the same workouts? Design your own workout routine with a wide variety of options! Here are 100 quick different workout ideas you can do at home, the office, the park or even while in line at the grocery store!
Your WOD, Your Way!
- Start with 1 workout do it for 1 minute! That's it! Just 60 seconds per day = 100 days!
- Choose 3 and do them all in a row 3 times = 9 minutes
- Choose 10 workouts do them 3 times = 30 minutes
- Choose workouts that match the first letters of your name. [i.e. Linda = Lunges + Inchworm + Negative Push-ups + Donkey Kicks + Air Squats = 5 min or do them 3 times over for a 15 minute workout!]
- Cross them out as you go, and get a blackout or not.
- Do one for each letter of the alphabet for a 26 minute WOD.
- Add to cart & checkout
- Download the Letter 8.5x11 PDF or Poster sizes 18x24 or 24x36 PDF.
- Print at home in Color or Black & White or at your local print shop.
- You can display the poster sizes in a large frame so it's visible in your exercise area or dorm room.
